• Full exterior pressure wash, prep and repaint to four condominium buildings plus office space. 48 units across four buildings.
• Involved wood rot and masonry repairs throughout each building and office.
•Color change to brick, wood, metal door frames, window frames and stairwell areas at each building.

RESULT
• Aggressive pressure washing to remove dirt, mold/mildew and chalky degraded surface paint.
• Upgraded paint two levels to brick/masonry surfaces to allow breathable finish and protect surfaces from water intrusion.
• Created production schedule to accommodate customer’s timeline.
• CertaPro worked with HOA management, board president and onsite personal to coordinate changes to the scope, daily/weekly updates and front door access for painting.
